Saint-Tropez, the small coastal town that fires the imagination far beyond our borders, has chosen Circet for its urban video surveillance system.

Situated on the Var coast between Hyères and Saint-Raphaël, the charming village of Saint-Tropez is well-known for its harbour, its huge yachts, its many up-market stores and crowds of tourists. Every summer its population increases fourfold. It is out of a concern for protection and security that the local councillors equipped the municipality with a video surveillance system in 2011.

During the latest call for tenders in 2014, the council selected Circet to deploy and maintain this system. Gilles Passis, the council's IT Manager, explains his choice to us: “Circet's offer was technically fully compliant with our requirements and financially well placed, above all for maintenance”.

So for four years Circet's teams have been installing new equipment and maintaining Saint-Tropez's entire video surveillance system 24/7. Every year, fifteen or so new cameras are installed, “services delivered on time with a remarkable quality of work” says Gilles Passis. The Saint-Tropez system currently comprises 70 cameras of five different types.

Client's testimonial

I am very satisfied with Circet for its high-quality work, observance of deadlines and rigour in installing new cameras. I would recommend Circet with no qualms.
