Alongside the front-line teams, our Production Assistants carry out all the administrative duties relating to customer deals: production management, sales administration and liaising with Human Resources. A job that requires a great sense of rigor and organization.

The Job

Production Assistants know how to multitask. They are in charge of doing the sales administration work for contracts managed by their line manager, Site Managers or Project Managers, dealing with customers’ inquiries, and collecting and checking all the information required for invoicing purposes (e.g. technical documents, sign-off documents). With the invoicing department, they help monitor and chase up outstanding payments.

They update the company’s centralized IT system, from which they extract dashboards whenever necessary. They also participate in production management and in verifying the cost effectiveness of contracts: provisional schedules, site procurement, real-time entry of teams' work hours. Beyond their production-related duties, Production Assistants can liaise locally with the HR department.
