Working both in the field and in the office, the site negotiator must combine technical and commercial skills to track down then negotiate the best locations for siting our clients' telecoms sites.
The job in brief
Dealing directly with our client, the site negotiator must find site locations in a predefined area, present the project to all those concerned (the owner, the town planning department, architects, politicians) in order to secure their backing, and finally negotiate a lease with the owner, also called the lessor. During this phase, the negotiator builds a relationship of trust with the lessor and is the latter's preferred contact, even after completion of the works. A job that combines multiple skills in law, urban planning and techniques, as well as commercial skills, for which one needs to know how to forge and sustain a good human network.
